We offer assistance on a wide range of matters where the Environment Agency is involved including, pollution incidents, licences for water abstraction and discharge to watercourses, and groundwater and land drainage consents. We can also assist with appeals where such licences or consents have been refused or have been granted subject to conditions that may be unreasonable. We also advise on upon navigation and mooring issues where the Environment Agency is the relevant navigation authority.
