The Mayor of St Albans congratulates the 2010/11 Community Gold winners

On 10th March 2011 Debenhams Ottaway solicitors hosted a reception for the 2010/11 Community Gold winners. The Mayor of St Albans attended the reception and added her own personal congratulations to these special individuals.

The Community Gold scheme, which is in its second year, is sponsored by Debenhams Ottaway in conjunction with the St Albans & Harpenden Review newspaper. The aim of the scheme is to give recognition to individuals, groups or businesses in the St Albans district that make a positive contribution to society and make a real difference to community life. It shines the spotlight on individuals that have displayed a selfless act or a group which always goes above or beyond the call of duty.
