Ensuring our priorities reflect our clients’ needs
Debenhams Ottaway is committed to a programme of continuous improvement. To assist us to prioritise areas for improvement we undertake two surveys. Our Client Survey is sent out to all clients at the end of their matter with us and our Intermediary interviews are undertaken on a continuous ad hoc basis.
The results of both surveys are analysed on a regular basis and used to correct any weaknesses, fine-tune our services and ensure that we continually adapt our services to meet the expectations of our clients.
