Andrew is a Consultant who undertakes a wide range of property related matters. As well as offering property advice to private clients Andrew also advises the Diocese of St Albans and its Parishes on property matters and any charity related issues.
A great many transactions are straight forward but he believes that where they are not he can provide clear, sensible and concise advice on the route to be taken.

Andrew has many years experience of dealing with freehold and leasehold properties. As part of this he has dealt with such issues as the payment of overage, the granting of long-term options and development agreements.
He has acted for the Diocese of St Albans for thirty years and as well as dealing with straightforward transactions he has also advised on such matters as chancel repair liability and reverter of Title.
