He appreciates the importance of combining excellent technical knowledge of the law, with being approachable and providing good client care.
Skills & Expertise
Mark has a broad range of clients, of all ages, from those making their very first Will to those making their tenth. He has prepared Wills for (and administered the estates of) clients with assets worth millions of pounds, but has also advised clients with a few thousand pounds in the bank.
The majority of his clients hail from the Hertfordshire area, however he also works for clients referred to him by his London based professional contacts.
Mark also has experience of creating, running and terminating trusts, of preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney, and is becoming increasingly involved in the area of Elderly Care, and Care Home Fees.
In the past Mark has written an article for Hertfordshire Life on the subject of Nil Rate Band Discretionary Trusts, and he contributes annually to The Lawyer’s Remembrancer.
