Susannah is part of a specialist team of Private Client lawyers. 

She is experienced in the preparation of Wills and the administration of estates, including related tax advice.  She also deals with the preparation and registration of Powers of Attorney.      

Susannah places importance on looking after her clients and providing an efficient, friendly service.      

Skills & Expertise

Susannah’s clients come from St Albans and the surrounding area.  She works with a whole range of clients, from those making a Will for the first time, through to people reviewing their affairs as personal and financial circumstances change. 

She deals with all types of Wills, for different family situations.  She assists Executors as needed, whether on one specific aspect, or handling the whole administration of complex estates.

Susannah also advises on Will Trusts and has experience of managing and terminating them.   

Her work includes all aspects of Powers of Attorney.  Susannah acts for Attorneys running the finances of people who cannot manage this for themselves. 

Susannah has worked on fundraising campaigns with a well-known local charity, on behalf of the firm.  She has also contributed to local publications and given talks on topics of interest to prospective clients.

Background & Qualifications

Susannah studied in Bristol and Oxford before starting her legal training.  In 2005, she moved to St Albans to join the firm as a trainee solicitor and in 2007, became part of the Private Client team.
