Sacha is a solicitor in the Family Department. She undertakes the full range of family work but with a particular specialism in matters concerning children including acting in Care Proceedings.

She is recognised for her empathetic approach to clients and her understanding that they are usually seeking advice at an extremely difficult time in their life.

Skills & Expertise

Sacha advises clients on all aspects of matrimonial and family matters including divorce and separation, cohabite disputes and financial disputes. She has vast experience of acting in proceedings concerning children including care proceedings and adoption.

She is frequently instructed to act on behalf of children who are the subject of care proceedings brought by the Local Authority, as well as acting for parents and other relatives of children who are in the care of the Local Authority.

She provides clear advice to her clients whilst always ensuring that the interests of the children are keep at the forefront.

Background & Qualifications

Sacha studied law at University College London.

She joined Turner & Debenhams (now Debenhams Ottaway) in 1994 as a trainee solicitor and qualified with the firm in 1996.

She became a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel in 2000.
