Enduring Powers of Attorney

We can assist in the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney

When DO I need to register an Enduring Power of Attorney?

Registration must be done if the person who made the document has become or is becoming mentally incapable of managing his or her own financial affairs.

Enduring Powers of Attorney were abolished on 1 October 2007 to make way for Lasting Powers of Attorney.

An Enduring Power of Attorney cannot cover Health and Welfare but a Lasting Power of Attorney could be made for that purpose.
