Where it is appropriate we will endeavour to resolve your dispute through Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) such as mediation or early neutral evaluation by an expert. If ADR is not likely to bring about a resolution or is unsuccessful we can represent your interests, either as Claimant or Defendant, whilst the matter is being litigated through the Courts. At every step of the way we will ensure that you are kept informed as to prospects of success and costs as well as advising on tactics for settlement, where appropriate.
